The Semois itself is
a choice biotope where
not only the herons
like fishing !
The cultivation of
tabacco once was
predominant in the
Semois valley .
Their are still some
drying-hangars left to
be engulfed by the
autumn winds
Most of them demolished
for buildingwood ,
these empty carcasses
are as much part of
the scenery and witness
of a great past .
